1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mix Audit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Audio Processing & Data Ownership

You retain all rights to any audio files ("User Content") you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. Uploaded files are processed strictly for the purpose of generating acoustic analysis data and are temporarily stored solely to facilitate this service.

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our processing servers after analysis.
• We do not use your proprietary audio to train generative AI models.

3. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime license. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

• All fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mix Audit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The automated EQ suggestions and analysis data are algorithmic heuristics meant to assist the mixing process, not guarantee commercial success or specific audio results. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Service.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
